Job Description Job Description We are looking for a skilled
Collections Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in
Loveland, Colorado. In this role, you will be responsible for
managing and optimizing collection processes for both consumer and
commercial accounts. You will play a vital role in ensuring timely
payments, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting the
company's financial goals. Responsibilities: • Manage the
collection of outstanding balances for both business-to-business
(B2B) and consumer accounts. • Communicate with customers to
address payment issues and resolve disputes professionally and
efficiently. • Monitor account status and proactively follow up on
overdue payments. • Utilize Oracle and Oracle Fusion systems to
record, track, and analyze collection activities. • Collaborate
with internal teams to streamline billing and collection processes.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates and
reduce delinquency. • Ensure compliance with company policies and
industry regulations during all collection activities. • Prepare
regular reports detailing collection progress and account statuses.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions
and payment arrangements.• Minimum of 2 years of experience in
collections, including commercial and consumer accounts. • Strong
knowledge of credit and collection processes. • Proficiency in
using Oracle and Oracle Fusion for financial data management. •
Experience in B2B collections and billing collection procedures. •
Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to
analyze account data and recommend effective collection strategies.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. • Familiarity
with industry regulations and compliance standards.
