effectively. • Review and process mortgage documents with precision
and attention to detail. • Collaborate with team members to manage
conventional and FHA loan applications. • Conduct data entry tasks
to maintain accurate records and streamline operations. • Assess
and analyze client eligibility for various financing options. •
Stay updated on mortgage industry trends and regulations to provide
accurate advice. • Assist with the preparation and submission of
loan documents to ensure compliance. • Communicate with clients to
address inquiries and resolve concerns promptly. • Support the team
in achieving organizational goals related to mortgage lending. •
Ensure all documentation complies with established guidelines and
standards.• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the mortgage or
lending industry. • Proficiency in handling conventional and FHA
loans. • Strong knowledge of mortgage documents and loan
origination processes. • Excellent data entry skills with a focus
on accuracy. • Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance
standards. • Ability to analyze client financial data to recommend
suitable loan options. • Effective communication skills to liaise
with clients and team members. • Detail-oriented mindset to manage
complex documentation efficiently.
