Kaizen Collision in Golden is hiring a Collision Repair Estimator
who knows the work and does things right. This is a steady shop
with consistent volume, realistic expectations, and a team that
works together. What You’ll Do Inspect damage and write accurate
estimates Work with customers, techs, and insurance Manage repair
flow and supplements Support safe, quality repairs What We’re
Looking For 1–2 years estimating or collision repair experience
Strong knowledge of repair methods and parts Organized, dependable,
and clear communicator Valid driver’s license What We Offer Strong
