Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This
full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) contract opportunity is
based in Denver, CO, serving K-12 students in the Aurora Public
Schools district. The position focuses primarily on elementary-aged
students, providing speech and language support as part of a varied
caseload of approximately 25-45 students. The contract runs from
ASAP through May 21, 2026, with a high likelihood of renewal for
the 2026-2027 school year. Responsibilities: Deliver direct
speech-language therapy services to students across multiple school
sites within the district Develop, implement, and monitor
individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals
to support student progress Participate and bill for professional
development days as allowed by the district Maintain accurate
documentation and compliance with Colorado Department of Education
(DOE) standards Qualifications: Valid Colorado Department of
Education certification Active Colorado SLP license required
Experience working with elementary-age children preferred Strong
caseload management skills, with the ability to serve 25-45
students Commitment to working onsite (no virtual services)
Schedule and Location: Full-time, Monday through Friday (37.5
hours/week) Multiple school sites in the Denver area, onsite only
