Location: Littleton, CO Contract: Up to 6 months, strong potential for full?time hire Schedule: 1st shift, Mon–Fri, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM (with occasional weekends or extended hours) Work Environment: Advanced, state?of?the?art cleanroom Pay: $30–$45/hour (DOE) Job Description: Assembling and validating high?precision flight hardware, including mechanical assemblies, electrical components, cables, harnesses, and power systems. Following detailed engineering drawings, schematics, and procedures to ensure flawless execution. Partnering with engineers on prototype builds, testing efforts, and continuous improvement projects. Identifying, troubleshooting, and reporting non?conformances to maintain aerospace?grade quality. Supporting process optimization and assisting with equipment maintenance. Skills/Qualifications: Hands-on experience with electromechanical assembly, wiring, and testing. Proficiency with hand tools, multimeters, oscilloscopes, and blueprint/schematic interpretation. Understanding of ESD protocols and aerospace-quality standards. Strong mechanical aptitude and meticulous attention to detail. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work comfortably in a cleanroom environment. U.S. Person status required for ITAR compliance. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
