Job Description Job Description Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in Hudson, NH to bring on an Assembler. This position is full time and temp to hire, supporting the assembly of electrical components in a production environment. Position: Assembler Shift: Monday through Friday (day shift) Pay: $18.00–$22.00 per hour, depending on experience Duties / Responsibilities • Read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and blueprints • Assemble electrical components including wire harnesses, cable assemblies, and connectors • Cut, strip, crimp, solder, and terminate wires per specifications • Use hand tools such as crimpers, soldering irons, and measuring instruments • Perform quality inspections to ensure assemblies meet specifications • Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE • Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding progress or issues • Maintain a clean and organized work area • Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications • High School Diploma or GED required • Strong manual dexterity and fine motor skills • Strong attention to detail and quality • Ability to read and follow technical instructions and blueprints • Basic math skills for measurements and calculations • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Preferred Qualifications • Previous experience in electrical, wire harness, or cable assembly • Soldering or electronics assembly training or certification (IPC standards a plus) Physical Requirements / Work Environment • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally • Frequent use of hand tools and small components If you are interested in this position, please apply using the link provided and be sure to include an updated resume!
