Job Overview Kept Companies is hiring Field Service Technicians to support our growing operations. This is a hands-on, outdoor role for dependable individuals who can work independently, take ownership of their work, and maintain a strong work ethic. Paid training provided. Responsibilities: Pressure wash buildings, sidewalks, vehicles, and equipment Clean commercial kitchen exhaust hood systems Assist with parking lot line striping and pavement marking Operate and maintain pressure washing and field service equipment Troubleshoot basic equipment issues Load/unload tools and materials at job sites Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Work outdoors in varying weather conditions Qualifications: High school diploma or GED preferred Valid drivers license with a clean driving record Must be 21 years or older Previous field service or pressure washing experience a plus Ability to lift 5070 lbs and perform physical labor Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently Must pass background and motor vehicle checks Benefits (After 90 Days) Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Steady, year-round work Opportunities for advancement Ideal Candidate:This role is best for individuals who are dependable, motivated, and able to stay productive without constant supervision.
