The Residential Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Residential Director by providing supervision and leadership to Assistant Residential Supervisors, House Managers and Team Leaders. The person in this position is responsible for supervision of staff and residents in residential facilities. Arranging, attending and facilitating required staffings and reporting for residents in the care of the Smith Agency. Facilitating monthly staff meetings and being available to staff for consultation. Initiating and implementing, monitoring, reviewing, evaluating, and proposing adjustments in all aspects of client programming. Coordinating both leisure and recreational activities. Monitoring and evaluating financial expenditures. Participating and overseeing all documentation and reporting and orientation and training of new staff. Attending trainings as required to enhance quality of service and care for all individuals. Performance of other duties as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
