the Clinical Nurse Manager at Golden Lodge Assisted Living & Memory
Care, you will play a vital role in ensuring the healthcare needs
of all residents are met. You will work closely with the Director
of Wellness to oversee clinical operations, ensure regulatory
compliance, and deliver high-quality resident care. In
collaboration with the Director of Wellness, you will manage care
delivery, conduct resident assessments, maintain accurate medical
records, and develop individualized care plans. This position
includes working closely with the Director of Wellness to supervise
and train staff, coordinating care with physicians and external
providers, and ensuring compliance with all state assisted living
regulations. The role requires schedule flexibility,
confidentiality, emergency responsiveness, and oversight of
infection control protocols, as well as active involvement in
policy development and survey readiness. Schedule: This is a
full-time position, with occasional on-call requirements. What you
will need: - Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the
state of Colorado (required). - Minimum of 1 year of experience in
a related field (required). - Excellent communication,
organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to
collaborate effectively with residents, families, staff, and
external healthcare providers. - Passion for senior care and
