Traveler is seeking a PCU Cardiac Surgery RN with at least one year
of recent specialty experience and an active CO or compact RN
license. Responsibilities - Work in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
specializing in cardiac surgical patients - Hospital setting with
shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM - Patient population includes
post-cardiac surgery and cardiac monitoring cases - Day shift
schedule - No local candidates accepted due to a 50-mile radius
rule - Provide care for post-cardiac surgical patients in a
high-acuity PCU environment - Work collaboratively with a
multidisciplinary team - References required as per state-specific
guidelines - First-time travelers are welcome to apply - Emphasis
on continuous and recent clinical experience Requirements - Active
CO or compact RN license required - Minimum of one year recent
experience in PCU or cardiac specialty nursing - Current
certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced
Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) from AHA or ARC - NIH Stroke
Certification required - No employment gaps of 90 days or more
within the past 12 months - US Social Security Number and date of
