End Date: 05-25-2026 Contract Type: Travel Contract Shift Type:
Night shift (overnight), 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM; rotating nights with
self-scheduling; required to work every 3rd weekend (assignment is
a 13-week travel contract) Hours per Week: 36 Candidate Pay Rate:

Responsibilities Manage complex critical care patients in a 21-bed
ICU, delivering safe, evidence-based nursing care Perform
ventilator management and adjustments in collaboration with
respiratory therapy and intensivists Titrate vasopressor IV drips
accurately to maintain hemodynamic stability Assess and intervene
for sepsis and arrhythmias, prioritizing timely, life-saving
actions Provide central line care and assist with or support
intubations, bronchoscopy and other procedures Document care
thoroughly in Meditech and communicate effectively during handoffs
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including intensivists
available 24/7 to optimize patient outcomes Contribute to unit
culture by being team-oriented, flexible, and bringing a good sense
of humor to tough shifts Qualifications Current, active RN license
eligible to practice in Colorado (compact license accepted if
applicable) Minimum 2 years of ICU or critical care nursing
experience Demonstrated hands-on experience with ventilator
management and vasopressor IV drip titration (must-have skills)
Clinical experience caring for sepsis, arrhythmias and
medical-surgical critical care patients Comfort with central line
care, intubation support, and common ICU procedures Familiarity
with Meditech charting and Hospira IV pump use preferred Ability to
work nights and rotate weekends as required by unit schedule
Current BLS and ACLS (or willingness to obtain prior to start)
Knowledge & Skills Advanced assessment skills for critically ill
adults Ventilator management and weaning principles Vasopressor and
inotrope titration and monitoring Sepsis recognition and
bundle-based care Arrhythmia identification and acute management
Central line and emergency procedure support (intubation,
bronchoscopy assistance) Experience with Meditech electronic
medical record and Hospira IV pumps Comfort working in a
fast-paced, team-oriented ICU with an intensivist model Benefits
