A healthcare opportunity is available for a skilled Occupational Therapist to support school-based services in Colorado Springs, CO. This role involves providing therapeutic interventions to assist students in achieving their educational goals and improving daily functional skills. Travel between school sites within the district is required, offering variety and the chance to impact multiple learning environments. Key Responsibilities: Assess and evaluate students functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans. Implement occupational therapy interventions tailored to support academic and developmental progress. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Document student progress and participate in individualized education program (IEP) meetings. Travel between assigned school locations as necessary to deliver services. Desired Qualifications and Experience: Licensure as a Registered Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state of Colorado. Experience working in school-based settings is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple caseloads effectively. Flexibility and willingness to travel within the designated geographic area.
