Job Description:

dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our NICU
Float Pool team across the Metro Denver area. This night-time
position offers the unique opportunity to support various neonatal
intensive care units within our healthcare system, ensuring the
highest quality of care for our most vulnerable patients. We strive
to provide excellence in healthcare services and rely on our team
of experienced healthcare professionals to achieve our mission.
Provide direct and comprehensive care for neonates and infants in a
NICU setting. Adapt to various NICU environments, maintaining high
standards of care. Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement
tailored care plans. Participate in professional development and
continuous education activities. Monitor patient status and report
changes to appropriate medical personnel. Advanced knowledge of
neonatal healthcare. Strong clinical skills with the ability to
work independently. Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills. Ability to adapt quickly in different NICU settings.

401k Current Registered Nurse license in the state of Colorado or
compact state. Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
