Job Description:

Colorado, is seeking a dedicated and skilled RN Medical Acute Care
to join our dynamic team. Our healthcare system is renowned for its
commitment to providing exceptional patient-centered care across
our hospitals and outpatient facilities. In this role, you will
deliver compassionate, high-quality care to patients in our acute
care units, collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team to
support patient recovery and wellness. Assess, plan, implement, and
evaluate nursing care for patients in acute care settings.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to formulate
individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as
prescribed and monitor patients for adverse reactions and
improvements. Educate patients and their families on disease
processes, treatment plans, and health maintenance. Maintain
patient records with accuracy, ensuring confidentiality and
compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Participate in
professional development and nursing research to stay current with
medical advances. Strong clinical skills in a hospital setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in
using healthcare database systems Ability to work effectively both
independently and as part of a team Critical thinking and
problem-solving capabilities Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse (RN)
license in the state of Colorado Basic Life Support (BLS)
certification required Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
certification preferred
