qualifications will not be considered. Join a dynamic operating
room team in Denver, CO, providing essential orthopedic trauma and
robot-assisted surgical support. This contract opportunity offers
the chance to work in a high-volume facility with a diverse
surgical case mix ranging from neuro/spine to plastics and urology.
Responsibilities include assisting in surgeries primarily focused
on orthopedics, trauma, and robotics. You will collaborate closely
with surgeons and nursing staff to ensure smooth procedures while
adhering to strict sterile techniques. The unit operates on 12-hour
shifts with mostly self-scheduled hours, including day and evening
options (7a-7p, 9a-9p, or 7a-5p). Call coverage is required 3-4
shifts every six weeks, with a 2-hour response time for holidays
and weeknights. Key Qualifications and Experience: Certified
Surgical Technician (CST) and Basic Life Support (BLS)
certifications required Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies
(DORA) certification mandatory Proven experience in robotics and
trauma cases, with charge nurse or house supervisor experience
preferred Familiarity with orthopedic trauma and joint procedures,
neuro/spine, plastics, ENT, and urology surgeries Ability to remain
within a 60-mile radius of Denver for orientation and work shifts
Orientation includes a two-day, unit-specific training designed to
integrate you seamlessly into the surgical team. Surgical blue
scrubs are provided, and floating within the facility is generally
not required unless there is an extreme need within the regional
