Licensed Clinical Psychologist - Outpatient Salary Range:
$113,506 - $141,887 annually, based on relevant years of experience
Location: Larimer county, Colorado Status: full-time The salary
range for this position is SummitStone’s good faith belief and
reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this

Role Overview: Responsible for providing individual, family, and
group therapy, assessment and evaluation services for clients
experiencing a range of behavioral health challenges. The Clinical
Psychologist will complete psychological screening, assessments and
interventions across programs. Services will include providing
evaluation, consultation, and monitoring of individuals receiving
voluntary and involuntary care. Position will work in a
multidisciplinary team of providers supporting clinic and
community-based services Essential Duties: Conduct clinical
interviews, screenings, psychological assessments, and testing in
outpatient programs. Diagnose emotional, behavioral, and
developmental disorders. Develop and implement individualized,
developmentally appropriate treatment plans in collaboration with
clients, families, and care teams. Deliver evidence-based therapy
(individual, group, and family). Consult with other providers to
coordinate care. Monitor and document client progress, and revise
treatment plans as needed. Maintain clinical records in compliance
with agency, legal, and ethical standards. Participate in
multidisciplinary team meetings, staff training, and ongoing
clinical development. Opportunity for position to provide
supervision to doctoral interns. Professional Person on-call pool
involvement. Evaluate individuals requiring involuntary care and
monitor short-term certification and involuntary commitment cases
as required. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum
Qualifications: Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical
Psychology from an accredited institution required. Prior
experience working with clients experiencing severe and persistent
mental illness (SPMI) and co-occurring substance use disorders
preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience may
be evaluated and considered. Valid Colorado driver’s license or the
ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire; must maintain a clean
driving record. Frequent travel between SummitStone locations and
external events is required. Current and valid DORA license to
practice as a Clinical Psychologist in the state of CO required.
