Job Description:
HCA Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate
Registered Nurse (RN) to work in our Inpatient Rehab PRN unit. The
ideal candidate will provide top-notch nursing care, ensure patient
comfort, and support recovery within an interdisciplinary team. Our
inpatient rehab services focus on delivering tailored treatment
plans to meet the unique needs of each patient, aiding in their
journey to recovery. Assess patient condition by monitoring vital
signs, symptoms, and responses to treatment. Administer medications
as prescribed and monitor for side effects. Develop and implement
nursing care plans tailored to patient needs. Educate patients and
families on treatment plans and inpatient rehab processes.
Collaborate with physical therapists, occupational therapists, and
other healthcare professionals. Document patient care services by
charting in patient and department records. Strong interpersonal
and communication skills. Proficient in using healthcare software
and systems. Ability to work effectively in an interdisciplinary
team. High level of empathy and patient advocacy. Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current
Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. BLS (Basic
Life Support) certification. Prefer ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular
Life Support) certification.
