Server Salary: $12.14 tips Shift: Overnight Status: Full Time
Located in beautiful Black Hawk, CO, the Monarch Resort Spa seeks a
passionate 24/7 Restaurant Server to join our team! You will thrive
in a fast-paced, high-volume environment that exceeds the
expectations of our guests and team. Responsibilities Passionate
about food and service, with a friendly, outgoing demeanor and
experience in a fast-paced restaurant. Greet guests warmly, direct
them to their tables, take and enter beverage orders promptly.
Memorize and recommend food and beverage items, provide superior
service by refilling drinks and checking on guests. Address and
escalate guest concerns, follow safety and alcohol awareness
procedures. Maintain cleanliness, clear and set tables, complete
side work, and perform other assigned duties. Qualifications
Excellent guest service and communication skills, with the ability
to speak and write English clearly. Ability to understand and
follow written and verbal instructions in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred knowledge of food service regulations; capable of
standing, bending, stooping, and using hands throughout the shift.
Physical ability to push and pull up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to
45 lbs) and work all shifts, including weekends and holidays. Must
be at least 18 years old, pass a pre-employment criminal background
