non-profit organization committed to supporting communities through
essential programs and services, is seeking a Multi?State Payroll
Specialist to join their team. As a Multi?State Payroll Specialist,
you will be part of the payroll department supporting a dynamic
team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to
detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach,
which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title:
Multi?State Payroll Specialist Location: Denver, CO (Remote or
Hybrid) Pay Range: $31.00/hour Shift: 8 hour day shift What's the
Job? Process full-cycle payroll for 100–150 employees across
multiple states and affiliated entities. Manage payroll systems and
workflows using ADP Workforce Now, Paylocity, and ADP Run. Ensure
compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and
non-profit requirements. Maintain accurate employee payroll
records, including new hires, terminations, and pay adjustments.
Reconcile payroll data, audit timesheets, and resolve discrepancies
with managers or HR. What's Needed? 3 years of payroll processing
experience, preferably within a multi-state environment. Hands-on
experience with ADP Workforce Now, Paylocity, and ADP Run.
Experience processing payroll for multiple entities or departments
under a parent organization. Strong understanding of multi-state
payroll regulations, wage laws, and compliance. High attention to
detail and accuracy, with the ability to work independently and
