Business The regional system integration business called Bosch
Building Technologies offers solutions and customized services for
building security, energy efficiency, and building automation for
commercial buildings and infrastructure projects Bosch started its
Integrator Business in North America through the acquisition of
Climatec in 2015. Climatec expanded Bosch’s role as a comprehensive
supplier of energy, building automation and security solutions.
Climatec is recognized in the building industry as an independent
single-source integrator of critical building systems including
energy services, building automation and security & life safety in
the U.S. market. The company provides consulting, planning,
implementation and 24/7 remote management. Climatec is active in
several market segments and industries including data centers,
commercial real estate buildings, and federal, state, and local
government. Climatec has operated as an independent entity,
maintaining its offices in Arizona, California, Nevada, Texas, New
York, and New Jersey. Climatec continues to represent and integrate

Canadian-based security integrator Paladin Technologies. Merging
Paladin Technologies and Climatec will significantly expand Bosch’s

Bosch Building Technologies (previously Climatec and Paladin

associates. Utilizing the strengths of both companies, Bosch offers
its customers a complete portfolio of networked and efficient
energy, building automation and security solutions. Job Summary:
This is a dynamic opportunity for an Inside Sales Account Manager
to join our rapidly growing Denver team . This role is essential
for delivering the highest quality service and expanding our
customer base. The ideal candidate is a highly organized,
customer-focused self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced sales
environment. You will work closely with our teams on supporting
existing accounts, qualifying incoming leads, prospecting in the
local market, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on leads Assist
customers’ needs and recommend appropriate services Work with
designer to provide estimates / quotations for security and other
technologies. Process customer orders and sales contracts Prepare
takeoffs by collaborating with various internal departments
Responsible for getting client approvals and supporting team
members with sales Work collaboratively with Operations, IT,
Engineering and other corporate departments to drive success.
Support interaction and contact with customers requiring services.
Provide a timely and accurate response to customers’ required
proposal and/or bid circumstance Propose and present new solutions
for security, integrated systems technologies, and AV. Follow up on
all sales leads and maintain system, opportunities, and
forecasting. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage
with customers and team members. Possesses a positive attitude,
self-motivated, passionate, committed to success and quality.
Perform additional duties as required Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year experience with Security Systems Integration
Experience in a technical sales role, producing quotes, estimates,
and project design would be an asset Excellent written and verbal
communication, as well as interpersonal skills Education or
experience in electronics, electrical, or equivalent would be
considered an asset Excellent organization and attention to detail
Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and work with
multiple deadlines Strong computer skills, with advanced
proficiency in Microsoft Office and project / quoting software
Preferred Qualifications: 5 years Security Systems Integration
Experience with Dynamics 365 ERP Sales experience Physical Demands:

required to use hands to finger, handle, feel objects, and type on

abilities required by the job include close vision, distance
vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The use
of power tools will be required to effectively perform this
position. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50
pounds and may be required to work at heights over 1.8m (6 feet)

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be
exposed to outdoor weather conditions, work on job sites, may be
required to travel to and from job site locations, may work in a
typical office environment, and is occasionally exposed to
construction equipment. The noise level in the work environment is
usually moderate. Confined space entry may be required. High work
may be required. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
is mandatory in order to become approved to operate a company
vehicle. Additional Information: Compensation: PAY : DOE Working
Hours: This position generally works Monday- Friday, overtime and
on call when necessary Travel Requirements: Local travel Required
and some overnight may be required / Valid driver's license
