What You’ll Be Responsible For Review jobs and routes for the day Arrive prepared with proper equipment Communicate ETAs and expectations with customers Travel safely and efficiently between jobs Execute high-quality window cleaning using proper safety techniques Delegate tasks when working with a teammate Place Glide signage at each job site Perform detailed touch-ups and a final walk-around Communicate results and feedback to customers Maintain equipment and keep vehicle clean and organized Report vehicle or equipment issues Secure vehicles, keys, and equipment at the end of the day What We’re Looking For Strong work ethic and attention to detail Professional communication and customer service Comfortable working independently and on a team Reliable, punctual, and accountable Coachable and open to feedback Wants growth, not just a paycheck Growth & Opportunity We promote from within.
