Job Description:
Within our corporate Supply Chain team located in Denver -
Leprino is seeking a Senior Procurement Analyst to be the liaison
between Leprino's facilities and suppliers.
At Leprino Foods, starting compensation for this role typically
ranges between $84,000 and $101,000. This position has an annual
target bonus of 10%.
Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and dashboards to
communicate key findings, supplier performance metrics, and
recommendations to category managers and senior management.
Provide qualitative data analysis and techniques to provide
meaningful insights and call out business risks or
opportunities.
Manage supplier inventory levels and support the utilization and
rationalization of aged or obsolete inventory to ensure timely co
nsumption and minimize inventory write-offs.
Identifies and implements opportunities for savings in areas of
freight spend, process improvement, and other procurement
activities.
Manage existing and new contracts, update and maintain pricing, and
execute new price change orders in accordance to supplier
contracts.
Acts as the primary escalation point for the plants on day-to-day
supply challenges and other urgent procurement matters to ensure
operational consistency.
Develop assessments for supplier performance by using the Leprino
Supplier Scorecard Program and other analytics to effectively
manage supplier compliance.
Manage supplier and Leprino plant compliance regarding our
Corrective Action Response program.
Ensures supplier compliance and qualification with Leprino's
requirements for documentation.
Exhibits humbleness, inquisitiveness, patience, collaboration,

This position may require up to 25% travel.
You Have At Least (Required Qualifications):
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or a similar subject area.
Five years of experience in packaging (indirect) and ingredient
(direct) procurement in manufacturing.
The ability to work a weekly 3/2 (office/home) hybrid schedule.

Dairy ingredient, secondary, and tertiary packaging procurement
experience.
Master's in Supply Chain Management
