Responsibilities:

--- Resolve billing, policy change, coverage, and insurance claims issues using exemplary customer service skills
--- Customize personal lines insurance policy options, quotes, and educational materials for potential and current customers
--- Employ creative networking and sales strategies to generate leads that convert prospective clients into new clients
--- Ensure up-to-date information within insurance company databases to effectively drive sales and current customers
--- Modify insurance coverage, as needed, by regularly assessing their accuracy, coverage, and limits


Qualifications:

--- Experience in the insurance industry as an insurance producer for personal lines
--- A thorough understanding of all insurance company policies and insurance coverage offerings, including their costs and benefits
--- Strong aptitude for computer programs including Microsoft Office required; agency management system experience preferred
--- Effective collaborator with a goal-oriented approach to achieving sales success
--- Stellar verbal and written communications skills mandatory
